 We are retired contractors who saw firsthand how billions of taxpayer dollars are lost every year to product specification fraud — and we decided it was time to act. In conversations with Mensa participants and a TNS member, we found rare agreement: the system needs real transparency. We formed an independent think tank committed to certifying honest contractors and protecting public funds. While we work with DOGE in a recommending capacity, we remain fully independent — driven by integrity, not bureaucracy. No more wasted money. No more games. Just accountability built by experts who know exactly how the system has been abused — and how to fix it.
